Sahand-e-Gharb Steel Company is located at distance of 6 km from Bonab Steel Complex in Ajabshir industrial zone. The company construction was started on plot of land with an area of 30 ha in 2009 and operated in July, 2011. Currently the factory is producing 750,000 tons of steel Billet per annum.

This company contains fallowing units:

• Scrap processing unit.
• Steelmaking unit consists of 6 sets (double crucible) of induction furnaces and a ladle furnace (LF).
• Continuous casting unit.
• Fume dedusting plant
• Laboratory and quality control unit
