This complex is constructing on a plot of land with an area of 50 ha in Ajabshir industrial zone in East Azarbaijan state with ideal infrastructures and utilities.
Under construction plants of this complex are included of :

Coal Based Direct Reduction plant with annual capacity of 400,000 tons,
Steel Making plant with annual capacity of 550,000 tons.
Heavy Section Mills with annual capacity of 300,000 tons.
Wire Rod & Bar Mills with annual capacity of 250,000 tons
Air Separation Plant for the production of 4000 Nm3/h gaseous oxygen.
