Gostaresh Foulad Tabriz Sports & Cultural Complex was established with the aims of promoting and encouraging the youth and enthusiasts in the several sports fields and performing cultural activities by the parent company investment in 2008. GFT Complex has started its activity since 2008 in some sporting disciplines as listed: Football, Futsal, Badminton, taekwondo, Triathlon and Sitting volleyball. In addition the adult team, the institute has trained native talents of the province in different age categories to form numerous sports teams. GFT Complex specific stadium was built on a plot of land with over 5 ha area located in Tabriz city. Gostaresh Foulad Tabriz Sports, Cultural Complex The Stadium was originally designed with a capacity of over 10,000 spectators and includes football ground , training pitches and etc. based on “AFC” Standards. On the other hand GFT has founded the football academy and has formed the basic sports teams in each of Toddler, Teen, Youth & Under-23 categories and also achieved presence in the national and provincial tournament.
